MIDDAY HEIST is here to steal the show. 

From Yunnan’s Banka Farm, a 50/50 mix of washed and natural lots. Same variety, same soil. The washed half hits first with clean, structured, bright and red plum snap. Then the natural rolls in, thick with berry sweetness, cocoa, and a slow honeyed finish.

These Catimor (P3/P4) varieties are processed and perfected by Yunnan Coffee Traders at Banka’s mill in Menglian County. Over there innovation meets intention! By using optical sorters and yeast fermentations, every lot carries the region’s signature clarity and depth.
