From Ethiopia’s Taferi Kela, bright, washed beans slam in with sparkling citrus, juicy red fruits, and wild floral hits. Carefully processed at the washing station, the cherries are fermented in concrete basins, washed, and dried on raised beds to preserve their clarity and vibrancy. Every lot carries the highland terroir, electric lift, and delicate floral perfume of Sidamo.

Next Peru’s Finca La Bola, Blanca Flor Cordova’s Yellow Caturra cuts through with structured sweetness, honeyed body and punchy red berry layers, grounding the chaos without dulling the fire. Selected cherries are pulped, fermented in honey for 32 hours and sun dried on African beds, giving the cup its syrupy, layered complexity. Organic agroforestry practices and hand selection shine through in every sip.
