Funky, juicy and electric. Ripe blackberry skin, blackcurrant syrup and sour cherry hit first, followed by flashes of hibiscus acidity and a wine soaked sweetness that lingers.
Arcila pushes fermentation to the edge. Whole blackberries drive an anaerobic ferment that floods Castillo with deep purple fruit, sticky sweetness and a punchy intensity.
Huipil pulls it back just enough. Clean, structured and confident, it locks everything into place with floral lift, subtle spice and a firm, juicy backbone that keeps the chaos in check.
