Jairo Arcila’s Mango Co-Ferment comes swinging with pure chaos. Dry anaerobic fermented Castillo beans drenched in tropical mango and wild sugars explode with unruly sweetness, stone fruit punch, and syrupy body.

Matching the madness is the Dragonfruit Co-Ferment, also Castillo from Jairo Arcila. Exotic, funky, it layers delicate florals, bright red berry zing, and a subtle citrus snap, adding dimension and depth to the flavour riot.
