SLICK SABER is bursting with blackberry, bubblegum and mint flavours.
From the hills of Quindío, Colombia, we selected Jairo Arcila’s castillo variety, co-fermented with fresh blackberries and wine yeast. It’s expressive and vivid, offering notes of blackberry jam, cherry cola, and a hint of spice which is a celebration of Colombia’s evolving approach to fermentation and flavour.
To ground that intensity, we paired it with Padilla’s marshel variety, a washed lot from the highlands of Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at altitude and processed with care, it delivers soft floral tones, honeydew sweetness, and a delicate marzipan finish. The Marshel variety is a rare Bourbon mutation that adds structure and elegance to the blend.
The result is a vibrant yet composed cup, familiar yet new as all of our blends!
