Jairo Arcila's Red Fruits Co-Fermented Castillo from Colombia brings the carnage. Strawberry, cherry and pomegranate pushed through a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation with wine yeast until the fruit goes completely feral. Bankilal from Chiapas, Mexico steps in with the darker side of the story: citrus, dark berries, caramel and a creamy sweetness that gives the whole thing some serious weight.

The first hit is bright, bloody and ridiculously juicy. Red fruit floods the cup before sweetness builds. The body gets heavier. Things get messy.

Together, they make a cup that's sweet, violent and dangerously easy to drink.
