This blend unites Jairo Arcila's Dragonfruit Co-fermented Castillo from Colombia with Las Planadas Castillo from Colombia. Two coffees that showcase how Colombian processing and terroir can push flavour in completely different directions. One delivers vivid tropical intensity and playful sweetness, while the other brings syrupy body, caramel depth and dense red fruit.

Expect an unmistakably expressive cup with notes of dragonfruit, bubblegum and celeste fig. Juicy, aromatic and surprisingly clean, it layers bold fruit character over a silky, structured body with a long, sweet finish.

Arcila's experimental co-fermentation brings explosive tropical character and confectionery-like sweetness, while Las Planadas adds depth, structure and a rich syrupy sweetness that grounds the blend and keeps those vibrant flavours polished rather than overpowering.
