WILD FLOWER is a rare union of Nogales Farm's washed Geisha and their celebrated Chocoberry Pink Bourbon.

One crafted through a carefully controlled 24-hour fermentation designed to preserve the variety's renowned florals, clarity, and elegance. The other transformed through thermal fusion and an extended seven-day fermentation, unlocking remarkable depth, sweetness, and layers of red fruit character.

The Geisha offers precision and refinement. Its gentle fermentation and slow dark-room drying reveal white florals, honeyed sweetness, and remarkable transparency. The Chocoberry Pink Bourbon brings a more decadent expression, its prolonged fermentation amplifying notes of raspberry, strawberry, and creamy milk chocolate with a lingering, indulgent finish.

This is a blend built on two philosophies of processing. One focused on purity and articulation. The other on transformation and intensity. Together they create a cup that is both elegant and expressive, revealing new dimensions as it cools.
